Our customers include:

- Purchasing organizations

- Colleges and universities
- Shelters and other commercial facilities
Because our safes require specialized override equipment, auditing tools, and commercial-level support, we do not provide technical support, override codes, override devices, unlocking services, or replacement access methods for residential safes or safes obtained through third-party sources.
This includes safes acquired through:
- Liquidation sales
- Auctions
- Property sales
- Online marketplaces
- Used equipment dealers
- Unauthorized resellers
- Previous property owners
